Move Eeez is a magnesium- and vitamin C-based powder designed to support regular bowel movements and constipation relief as a natural alternative to common laxatives. It mixes into water or juice, has a mild citrus flavor, and can be used occasionally or daily to support ongoing regularity.

Take 1–3 scoops 1–2 times daily with or without meals or as directed. Suggested: take on an empty stomach 30–60 minutes before dinner; start low and increase as needed.
