How to use it
Regular cycles: 1 pump (50 mg) daily on days 14 to 28 of your cycle. Stop on day 28, or sooner if bleeding starts. Start again on day 14 of your next cycle. A bottle lasts about 4 cycles.
Perimenopause: half a pump (25 mg) daily on days 1 to 13, then 1 pump (50 mg) daily on days 14 to 28. Stop on day 28, or sooner if bleeding starts, then begin again on day 1. A bottle lasts about 3 cycles.
Postmenopause: 1 pump (50 mg) daily, every day of the month. A bottle lasts a little over 2 months.
Where to apply: massage into the inner arms, inner thighs or chest, or apply to the inner forearm and rub your arms together. Rotate sites.
Use with your practitioner's guidance, with hormone levels checked along the way.

Is this bioidentical progesterone?
Yes. It is progesterone USP, the same molecule your body makes. That is what bioidentical means.
Do I need a prescription?
No. This cream is sold over the counter for external use. If your practitioner has prescribed progesterone in any form, use that instead. Do not combine this cream with any other progesterone or progestin.
How much is in one pump?
50 mg of bioidentical progesterone. A half pump is 25 mg.
How long does a bottle last?
About 70 pumps. That is about 4 cycles on the days 14 to 28 schedule, about 3 cycles on the perimenopause schedule, or a little over 2 months of daily use.
How do I count cycle days?
Day 1 is the first day of full bleeding. Day 14 is roughly mid-cycle.
Should my levels be checked?
Yes. Use this cream with your practitioner's guidance and hormone monitoring. If you are pregnant, nursing or have a serious medical condition, talk to your practitioner before starting.
