How do I take it?
1 capsule, 1 to 4 times a day, or as directed by your health practitioner. Start with one and adjust.

Can I take it with antidepressants?
Serenity contains 5-HTP. If you take an SSRI, SNRI or any other medication that affects serotonin, talk to your prescriber first.

How long does a bottle last?
90 capsules. At one a day, three months.

Common questions

Why methylfolate instead of folic acid?
Folic acid is the inexpensive, synthetic form of folate, and many people do not convert it efficiently. Methylfolate is the active form your body can put to work right away.

How do I take it?

Will it upset my stomach?
Chelated iron is known for being gentler than standard iron salts. Customers note it does not cause the nausea they had with other iron.

Is there a lower dose?
Yes. Our regular Iron is a gentler everyday strength.
