My body runs low on vitamin D especially during Iowa winter months with lack of natural vitamin D from the sun. I definitely have needed this supplement and can feel a major difference. I wish I would have known about this years ago.

I had my vitamin D tested by my provider earlier this year due to fatigue. I had a Vitamin D level that was in the low 20's. I immediately started supplementing with Select balance 10,000IU daily. I have noticed more energy, less fatigue and more muscle strength. My vitamin D levels also went up to the 40's in a few months time.

Infection Support

I wanted to improve my Vitamin D levels due to COVID and I read some articles about D improving outcomes. I like this brand. I have used the D3 + K2 2,000 IU tabs (in the summer) and I use the Liquid D3 in the Winter (5 drops = 10,000 IU), the drops last forever and I usually give some to my children as well. Great product!

First time trying!

I have Vitamin D deficiency and heard a lot of great things from friends. I started taking the liquid D3 10,000 IU daily and gave 1,000 IU daily to my infant. I'm feeling SO much better and my infant has not been sick. My levels rose to normal levels within 3 months. Highly recommend!
