CoQ10 is a mitochondrial support supplement designed to promote cellular energy production and support heart function. It’s positioned as especially useful with age or for those on statins, and best taken with fats for absorption.

Take 1 gelcap 1–2x daily with meals (may take up to 2 gelcaps twice daily). Some find it energizing, so evening use may affect sleep.
