CoQ10 is a mitochondrial support supplement designed to promote cellular energy production and support heart function. Especially useful with age or for those on statins. Best taken with fats for absorption.

Take 1 gelcap 1–2x daily with meals (may take up to 2 gelcaps twice daily). Some find it energizing, so evening use may affect sleep.
