How to Use Your Dry Brush: Simple, Effective Routine

  • Start dry: Skin should be completely dry (before showering is best).

  • Brush toward the heart: Always use firm but gentle strokes toward your heart to encourage lymphatic drainage.

    • Begin at the soles of your feet, moving upward in long strokes.

    • Brush up your legs, then from your hands toward your shoulders.

    • Brush in small circles or strokes up the torso, avoiding sensitive areas.

  • Avoid the face or broken skin.

  • Follow with a shower to rinse off exfoliated skin and toxins.

  • For best results, dry brush 3–5 times per week, ideally in the morning to boost energy and circulation.
