| Step 1: Purchase Your Kit Order your hormone kit to get started! Once we receive your order we will send you a paid lab requisition form. Note: This is NOT an at-home kit. |
Step 2: Lab Draw Take your lab requisition form to your nearest LabCorp for your blood draw. If you’re cycling, we recommend going between days 19–21 of your cycle; if not, you can go anytime. |
Step 3: Lab Processing Once your labs are drawn, they are sent to the lab for analysis. We typically receive results in 10–14 business days. |
Step 4: Personalized Lab Review You'll get a detailed video review from Stephanie, our integrative nurse practitioner, walking you through your lab results and provide a customized plan. You can watch this recording anytime, at your own pace — our patients love having this as a reference! |
Step 5: Ongoing Support You will also receive 3 monthly group coaching calls where Stephanie can help fine-tune your plan. |
I've experienced an incredible improvement in how I feel. My sleep quality has reached new heights. Energy and mood have significantly improved and my nervous system feels much calmer. I feel lighter and more refreshed. Although I still experience cramping from endometriosis, it is much less severe throughout my cycle. - Adrienne G.

Worth Every Penny
What I loved most is how comprehensive the testing was. It went beyond just estrogen and progesterone. I also learned about my thyroid, cortisol, vitamin D and so much more. I had no idea how much those markers could affect my energy and mood. The video review was easy to follow and I've watched it multiple times already. I've already started making small changes that are paying off. Highly recommend to any woman who wants real answers!

Life Changing
I was feeling off for months. Tired, moody and not myself. I saw someone promoting it on instagram and decided to give it a try. This test kit gave me the ANSWERS I have been looking for! The blood draw was included and I took the lab form to my near-by LabCorp - super simple. Within 2 weeks I had a DETAILED video from Stephanie explaining every marker. She showed me how my hormones were fluctuating and gave me a clear plan. The group coaching calls were the icing on the cake. It truly feels amazing not to be alone on my healing journey!
